PagerDuty

Create incidents in PagerDuty when alerts fire, and auto-resolve when alerts recover.

Alert severity is mapped to PagerDuty severity levels. Resolved alerts automatically resolve the corresponding PagerDuty incident.

Setup

1. In PagerDuty, add an Events API v2 integration to the target service and copy its Integration Key.
2. In KubeSense, create a notification channel of type PagerDuty and paste the key.
3. Click Test to confirm an incident is created.
